2020 Tribe Gathering - Rotorua

Kia ora

We welcome all Yeti riders to join us for our bi-annual Yeti Tribe Gathering. This year we will a very special edition, in Rotorua, on labour weekend (24-26th October)

As everyone knows, we are currently under Covid 19 travel restrictions and we do not yet know for sure when these maybe lifted. We do however all need light at the end of the tunnel... so we are going ahead with the plans in hope. We have managed to negotiate fully refundable terms incase we need to cancel the event up until one week prior. This means there is next to no risk in booking in and if we manage to get through the Covid restrictions, we will be able to celebrate and ride together soon !!

We have decided to hold this years Tribe Gathering in Rotorua. This is not just because its such an amazing spot for riding, but also because we want support a town that means so much to mountain bikers in NZ, and one that will likely to be going through some very tough times due to the lack of international tourists. If anyone needs some tourist dollars, they will.

In addition, this years tribe will be run by the amazing people at Mountain Bike Rotorua and Multi Day Adventures, who also normally look after international tourists. So we couldn't be in better hands and we are sure it will be a very special weekend to remember.

The rides will be on grades 2-3 (so as long as you can ride easy-ish trails you will be fine). We will also end up splitting into many groups based on your speed and fitness level.

We are limited to 50 riders. Book in here!  (This is a Yeti tribe gathering. Normally our one condition is that everyone ride a Yeti, however we are happy if partners or friends on other brand bikes join in...)
