Rotorua is without doubt the spiritual home of MTB in NZ. It is the home of the first dedicated MTB trail networks in the 90s, the UCI World Championships in 2006 and more recently the Crank Worx festival's. The community here live and breath the sport.

Its also an inclusive and friendly mountain bike area, with tracks for everyone from complete beginners through to the worlds best.

This is part of the reason we recently chose to move here to live and with it we are setting up the Yeti NZ HQ in Rotorua. We hope to have demo bikes available to try and regular lunch rides for Yeti riders to join in on.

The local Yeti Cycles dealer is Ride Rotorua. They have a dedicated Yeti Cave with a great selection of Yeti clothing, merchandise and bikes on display... a must see for any passionate Yeti fan!
