We've recently put together three super-awesome top-of-the-line bikes for our shop stock. Can you guess what they are from these pictures?   

It's getting lighter in the evenings, and the trails are reliably dry, which means our Tuesday Night Shop Rides are back on! Here's a bunch of regulars looking all smiley halfway through this season's first ride.    Our rides are sociable and held at a cruisy pace, so don't feel intimidated - anyone with intermediate skills and fitness is more than welcome. We usually meet at the shop from 5 o'clock onwards, leaving at 5:30pm sharp, and we aim to finish up within a couple of hours. Always check our Facebook page first in case of bad weather!    

If you ride downhill and you don't use a neck brace, we think you're nuts. If you're on the fence about it, watch this video (1:55).     Ouch.  Sam was wearing a Leatt neck brace on his run - he wears them because they're the best, and this is why we sell them. They might not make you ride like Sam, but they'll definitely protect you just the same. We've got a fancy new Leatt stand with a range of DBX 5.5 and Ride 4 braces in every size, and we even have a junior size here for the youngsters. It was a fun day for all at the Dunedin BMX club primary school and balance bike championships. Well, here it is, Joel's custom-painted-and-decaled-prototype Switchback 'cross bike. In case you can't quite put your finger on the colour, it's "oh my god that's bright" pink with "it's making my eyes go funny" green decals. Congratulations to those of you who guessed the colour correctly - but unfortunately we were lying when we said you'd win the bike (would you even ride it, anyway?)You may be thinking 'can I get my bike painted and decaled too?'.
