NZ riders have been setting the world cups alight this year, with a lot of Yeti riders near the pointy end.
Five of our older Yeti NZ Devo riders are currently in Europe racing in the Enduro World Cups. With three races down, they have each had some incredibly good results!
Cooper Millwood has been on all three Junior podiums so far, with two 2nd's and a 3rd. He's in 2nd right now overall. Marcus Sayers, also in junior has managed a 7th and 9th, but had to DNF from Poland.
We then have 3 riders racing in their first year of elite. Joe Millington, has been progressing had an incredible race in Loudenville, taking top 3 in multiple stages and finishing 11th overall. He's in 19th after 3 rounds. Lachie Ross has managed two solid finishes with a 37th and 45th and its in 51st overall. Missing from the photo, but representing in style is Ollie Jenkins with a best result so far of 73rd.
Young Indy Deavoll stepped out of the Yeti NZ Devo Team to create her own privateer programme as she travels around the World Cup DH circuit. Indy impressed everyone by finishing 6th Junior in her first ever world cup... and incredible effort.
And this doesn't even include results from our incredible riders on the Pro Yeti/Fox team... Tyler Waite and Jonty Williamson have had brilliant starts to their DH season, with Tyler finishing 2nd in the first two rounds. And George Swift has been racing super well with a 7th in Finale and sitting 9th overall right now.
Next up is the classic round of Leogang. Good luck everyone !!!
