Our Rotorua workshop works on Yetis day in, day out. We know every pivot, link and bearing, so whether your bike is brand new or a few seasons in, we'll keep it riding the way it should.
What we do
20-hour bike check
Free on every new Yeti, within 20 hours of riding or 6 weeks of pickup, whichever comes first.
New bikes bed in fast. Cables stretch, bolts settle and your suspension needs a tweak once you know how you ride. We check the lot and set it right.

Annual service
Once a year, a full strip-down and rebuild: new pivot bearings, new cables, a gear tune and a brake bleed. It's a full day's work for one of our mechanics.
$800 labour plus parts, paid at pickup. Suspension and dropper services are extra. We currently only service Yeti bikes.

Drop into the showroom and talk it through with people who ride and wrench on Yetis every day. No booking needed.
Opening hoursParts in stock, fitted free
We keep a big range of replacement parts on the shelf, from drivetrain, brakes and brake pads to tyres, wheels and plenty more, so a worn or broken part doesn't keep you off the trails for long.
Buy the part from us and we'll fit it for free. If the workshop isn't flat out, we'll do it on the spot while you wait. On busy days we'll book it in and get it done as soon as we can.

Pick a drop-off day online and we'll email you the details. Drop your bike at 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua, and we'll let you know when it's ready to collect.
