Yeti Cycles no BS lifetime warranty


No Fine Print. No BS. All 2019 (or newer) frames, including the Switch Infinity link, are covered for life against damage due to manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Paint and finish are covered for 1-year. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any frame we deem defective. There are a few conditions: you must register it online at and you must take it to an authorised Yeti Cycles dealer for processing. Warranty does not cover damage due to ordinary wear and tear, neglect or intentional destruction. Lifetime Warranty applies to all 2019 and newer frames (including the SB100). Model year 2018 and older frames will be covered under our previous warranty (5-year or 2-year based on time of purchase). Simple as that. No fine print.


If you happen to have a crash or non-warranty situation, we’ll get you back on the trail with a reasonable replacement price. Same conditions as above.


YETI Cycles apparel is backed by a 2-year warranty guaranteeing that our apparel will be free from any defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty extends to the original owner of our apparel. If necessary, proof of purchase will be required to verify the age of the product. The apparel warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, modifications or normal wear. Any alteration of Yeti Cycles apparel will void warranty coverage. Any apparel YETI Cycles finds to be defective will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our discretion.

Additional Conditions
These limited warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash or misuse. Under no circumstance does this limited warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from an authorized Yeti service center. In order to exercise your rights under these limited warranties, the bicycle or frameset must be presented to an authorized Yeti Service Center, together with proof of purchase.

Every Yeti frameset has a useful product life cycle. The length of that useful product life cycle will vary depending on the construction and the materials of the frameset, maintenance and the care the frameset receives, and the amount and type of use the frameset is subjected to over its life.

Yeti Cycles is not responsible for any damages to you or others arising from riding, transporting, or other use of your bicycle. In the event that your frame breaks or malfunctions, Yeti Cycles shall have no liability or obligation beyond the repair or replacement of your frame pursuant to the terms outlined in the warranty.

To claim a warranty
To claim a warranty you will need to take your bicycle into your nearest authorised yeti dealer and have them contact us with details of your bike including photos of damage, copy of invoice, serial numbers on frame and swing arm.
