Jeremy and Kashi have just had a trip to Surfers Paradise to see the new range of Giant and Liv bikes for 2017. They were welcomed with a balmy 27dC... not much different from Dunedin ;) Our hotel had its own lagoon, complete with tropical fish to swim with. Yum Yum Passionfruits! The official part of the launch began with a few of Giant Taiwan's lead product developers and marketing managers giving an overview of the brands directions and some great insights. The crew had a tour and lunch today at the new Emersons new brewery which opened a few weeks ago to celebrate our own move into our new shop last month. The manager, Chris, showed us around and gave us some history on what is a hugely inspiring Dunedin story of someone with a huge passion and the determination to do things the way he knew was right. Emersons are a huge supporter of biking in Otago, sponsoring the road club, MTB Otago, the CX race series and are likely to become a major sponsor of the Urge 3 Peaks too. We are in! We have now officially moved to 252 Cumberland street and the new shop is just great. We have much more space now to showoff our wonderful products, which now includes Giant and Liv bikes.

Our store manager, Jeremy, has worked with the brand for over 15 years and knows the brand better then almost anyone nation wide. Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with us the opening of our new store at 252 Cumberland Street. It was a grand affair with lovely food from Roshni and the keg Mini bar from Emerson's.
We are now officially open at 252 Cumberland Street. New shop hours are 8.30-5.30 Mon to Fri and 9.30 - 4pm on Saturday.
