How to book a service
Due for a tune-up? Send a service request to a Yeti Service Centre near you, straight from MY YETI. We'll line it up and get back to you to confirm.
A booking is a quick request — you pick your region and a Service Centre, tell us what needs doing and roughly when, and the centre confirms with you directly. It helps to have your bike registered first so we know exactly which Yeti we're looking after.
Open the "Book a Service" tab
Log in to MY YETI and tap Book a Service in the top tabs.
Choose your bike and region
Pick Which bike? from your garage, then choose your Region. The list of Service Centres updates to show the ones near you.
Pick a Service Centre
Choose your preferred Service centre from the list. (If your region says "None in this region yet", email us and we'll help find your nearest option.)
Say what needs doing and when
In What needs doing?, describe the work — e.g. "Full service, brakes feeling soft, and a creak from the bottom bracket." Then add a preferred date or week (e.g. "week of 9 June, or any weekday") and your best contact number.
Send your request
Give it a quick check, then tap Send service request.

Your chosen Service Centre will get your request and contact you to confirm a time. Have your bike serviced and you'll earn YETI $ too.
