MY YETI is the free online home for every Yeti rider in Aotearoa. Think of it as your garage and rewards card in one place. This guide walks you through it step by step — no tech skills needed.
First: how to get in
Go to blackseal.nz and log in
Open blackseal.nz in any web browser. Up in the top-right corner, tap the little round account icon to log in — or create an account, which takes about 30 seconds.
You'll land on the YETI Rider Portal
Once you're logged in, head to blackseal.nz/pages/my-yeti (or click "My Yeti" in the menu). This is your home screen. Across the top you'll see tabs: Home, My Bikes, Book a Service, My YETI $, and File Warranty.
