How to file a warranty
Think something's not right with your frame? Lodge a warranty claim through MY YETI in a couple of minutes and we'll take it from there.
Before you start, grab a few photos on your phone that clearly show the issue, and have your frame serial handy (it's stamped near the bottom bracket or on the head tube). Every Yeti frame carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect — this is how you put a claim in.
Open "File a warranty"
Log in to MY YETI and from your Home tab tap the File a warranty card (the 🔧 one) — or tap File Warranty in the top tabs.
Confirm which bike it's for
Enter your frame serial (the front-triangle serial). If the bike is registered to you, your model and details fill in automatically. Check the bike model and purchase date look right.
Check your contact details
Make sure your name, email and phone are correct — this is how we'll get back to you about the claim.
Describe what's wrong
In the description box, tell us what's happening: What's wrong? When did it start? What have you checked? The more detail, the faster we can sort it.
Add your photos
Tap Additional photos and add clear shots of the issue. Good photos are the single biggest thing that speeds a claim up.
Submit your claim
Give it a final check, then tap the submit button at the bottom. You'll see a confirmation and we'll be in touch by email.
