Sometimes we'll send you a service voucher — a dollar amount to spend at any Yeti Service Centre. Here's how to find it and use it.
A service voucher is a dollar amount to spend at any Yeti Service Centre on parts, labour or a tune-up. It arrives by email with a code, and also shows up in your portal.
Find your voucher in the portal
Log in to MY YETI. Any vouchers you've been given are listed with their code and amount.
Show it — or print it
Take your voucher to any Yeti Service Centre. You can show the code on your phone, or tap Print in the portal and bring the printout with you.
The centre redeems it
The Service Centre enters your code and the credit comes straight off your bill. Each voucher can be used once, and has an expiry date — so don't leave it too long.
Ambassador pricing is looked after through your My-Yeti account, so the first step is to sign in (or create one) — then you can apply.
