Referrals & vouchers
Two easy wins: share your referral code with a mate, and use any service vouchers we've sent you. Both live in your MY YETI $ tab.
Refer a mate
Share your code with someone new to Yeti. When they add it to their account and buy their first bike, you both get 100 YETI $.
Open "MY YETI $" and find "Refer a mate"
Log in to MY YETI, tap the MY YETI $ tab, and scroll down to the Refer a mate box.
Copy your code and send it
Tap Copy code, then send it to your mate however you like — text, email, or in person. They add it to their account when they set up their first Yeti.
You both get rewarded
When they buy their first Yeti, 100 YETI $ lands in each of your accounts — ready to spend with Black Seal.
Use a voucher
Sometimes we'll send you a service voucher — a dollar amount to spend at any Yeti Service Centre on parts, labour or a tune-up. It arrives by email with a code, and also shows up in your portal.
Find your voucher in "MY YETI $"
Log in to MY YETI and open the MY YETI $ tab. Any vouchers you've been given are listed there with their code and amount.
Show it — or print it
Take your voucher to any Yeti Service Centre. You can show the code on your phone, or tap Print in the portal and bring the printout with you.
The centre redeems it
The Service Centre enters your code and the credit comes straight off your bill. Each voucher can be used once, and has an expiry date — so don't leave it too long.
