The opening round of the Dunedin Enduro series kicked off today with over one hundred riders, a new record for the series! The first stage was a shorty in the Wakari Redwood forest, an area more renowned for XC and beginner trails, but was equally fun for advanced riders. It was a lung burning stage, all about finding flow and holding speed through the corners. This was followed by a long climb/push up the Pinapple track before the now infamously awkward and technical Pepper Tree track.
